About Trish
After a lengthy career in state law enforcement and many more years working for a federal magistrate judge in the federal court system, I began a career in real estate. I signed on with Signature Realty Associates and I am both fortunate and proud to be associated with the company and it's staff.
I am dedicated to customer service and have coined the tag line, "Customer Service is Priority One", a slogan that I Iive by. You will see it often as I have branded it to the face of my marketing and advertising campaigns. Your real estate transaction is my first priority and I will see that it is a pleasurable experience for all..
Now for some background. I grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and relocated to Brandon, Florida in 1994. I earned my B.S. Degree in Sociology from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and also earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Penn State University at Lima. After relocating I went on to pursue my real estate certification and received my Real Estate Sales Associate License from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in Riverview, Florida. I am a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. I continually further my education and have also obtained the "Certified Distressed Property Expert" designation.
My training includes specialized real estate courses in Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments and Creative Financing. I also receive ongoing and in-depth post-licensing training as well.
