About Randy
Randy is a lifelong resident of Hillsborough County, Florida. He spent his childhood growing up in the City Of Temple Terrace until the age of 18. Randy entered his first two years of college at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa. Upon graduation, Randy attended the University Of Florida in Gainesville. After returning from college, Randy moved to southeastern Hillsborough County where he has resided since 1978.
Shortly after college, Randy went to work as an assistant store manager for The Home Depot. After two years of service, Randy was promoted to store manager and has managed numerous Home Depot stores throughout his career including the Brandon and Valrico stores. Randy has over 25 years experience in the construction and home improvement industries and knows that customer service and product knowledge is the key to any successful business.
With this background in hand, Randy pursued his dreams and began a career in real estate with one of the largest, nationally recognized, real estate brokerages in Hillsborough County. Randy was quickly promoted to Branch Manager and then Relocation Director for the company, holding both positions until leaving to become a partner with his sister-in-law, Trish Waller, at Signature Realty. Randy's previous duties included training agents on contracts, how to negotiate, the successful marketing of agents and their listings, as well as working directly with relocation companies to coordinate and meet the needs of clients transitioning in from other areas. Randy's responsibilities also included the daily tasks of overseeing and providing guidance to numerous agents and their individual real estate transactions being conducted through his office.
